Share Food Program (“Share”) is the largest-serving hunger relief organization in the Philadelphia region, and one of the largest independent food banks in the nation. Before the Covid-19 crisis began, Share distributed food to 700,000 neighbors in need each month. The need has risen sharply since early 2020—Share now serves more than 1 million each month.
The Development Database Manager supports Share’s work to fight hunger in the Greater Philadelphia region through data collection, analysis and reporting for the fundraising and volunteer programs. This person has primary responsibility for managing the organization’s approximately 10,000 constituent database, developing ongoing reports and creating donor acknowledgements. The Development Data Manager also supports prospect research, donor cultivation and ongoing stewardship, and is an integral member of the Development team.

Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
